    is this method of laying footing reinforcement is correct?

    I found 2 major issues 1)no pcc has done 2)there will be a loss of moisture from concrete due to water absorption by surrounding soil if side shuttering is not available, at least cement bag shd be used as a barrier between soil and fresh concrete
