    What is wrong in this RCC structure construction?

    cement bags left while concreting of plinth beam at the junction of column & beam. plinth beam alignment is not proper. also bulging of beams overall the bad workmanship. external plinth beam top above the natural ground level. refiling in footing area not proper.
