Well if u r inclined towards management then u can go for construction management (in NICMAR), which can give a decent career ahead.

Clearly you have done casting without using cover blocks for the reinf. and then to reposition the reinf. you've tried to position them using same dia die. But to check this error pls don't hustle to go with rebaring or any other conventional method as this could go wrong from structure point...

MAINTAIN THE SLUMP OF CONCRETE. WATER CEMENT RATIO TO BE CHECKED. ADMIXTURE QUANTITY TO BE CHECKED. SHUTTERING MATERIAL SHOULD BE GREASED PROPERLY. USE VIBRATOR WITH SPECIFIC NEEDLE SIZE.
