It was a writing mistake my point is as per BS standard 1881-16 the rate is 4.5 to 9.0 but we use 6.8kn/s for 150x150x150 mm cube in UAE how different in IS standard ?

we applying the rate of loading is 0.68kn/sec to 150x150x150 concrete cube, how do you say 5.148kn/sec please explain.
