Asst Manager – Contracts

8 – 10 year’s experience in contract mgmt., work order, vendor assessment, liaison with architects, consultants, contractual letter drafting, floating tenders.

Manager – Contracts

10 – 12 year’s experience in preparation of tendering, master and cost to complete budgets, budget monitoring, reconciliations, checking of final bills, cost analysis.

Qualification – BE civil

They should have worked in contracting firms
