In order to calculate the quantity of the formwork component, you need to have a formwork design drawing which shows the locations of each component in it. You can calculate the quantity of required formwork materials from that.

In case the design drawing is not available, you need to do designing of formwork base on the calculations of loads and the load carrying capacities of each member you planned to use.

Unless the data is available for which components to be used for formwork and what are its properties, no one can design it.

To design the formwork the first requirement is the Drawing of structure for which formwork need to be designed.

In absence of all details, no one can design formwork nor able to tell what quantity of what component is required.

I could say following but does not guaranty of no failure or accidents by implementation of it;

Shuttering Plywood - Get the size which you are going to use normally 4' x 8', put it on plan to know how much full size you can use and how much cut ply required, its sum to get figure of number of plywood required for cutting + full ply = Order for number of full ply required.

Then do calculate for silver patti / wooden batten 1" x 4" normally placed at 300 center to center max below ply.

Below it normally channels or acrow spans are place, center to center distance max 2 feet (600 mm)

If using acrow spans do read about it at Important points regarding using acrow spans for slab shuttering works - Civil4M

The props are placed at ends of acrow spans and at center in cases where over lap of span is expanded out.

In case of Channel section, you need to calculate 'U' head quantity along with props.

For beam sides and bottom, Wood square log (chavi) of 3" x 4" is normally used at spacing of max center to center 2 feets (600 mm) with prop at bottom of each chavi. additional props need to be installed at each joint of shutter in bottom of beam.

You need to calculate the ledger pipe quantity for bracing of all props approx 1 feet above the outer pipe of prop to provide lateral stability. pipe is normally 40mm in diameter.

You need to calculate quantity of inclined supports required for beam.

In cases where depth of the beam is more than 800 mm, you need to provide props at bottom at max spacing of 1 feet (300mm) along with tie rods at center of beam at max spacing of 2 feet.

and there are lot of members and lot of calculations.

All required members, spacing and detailing depends purely upon, type of material use, its properties and the load it need to handle.
