can we decrease pile cut off level?

if Pile Cut off level is 2 mtr. can we decrease on 01 Mtr. what factors work on it?

anuj@89 if you can you clarify your situation I'll be happy to share might thoughts with you. What do you mean by "Pile Cut Off Level?" In this picture, these piles have been cut of at an elevation that works with the footing that will be cast on top of the piles - Is that what you mean?



Or are you talking about shortening/raising the "Pile Tip Elevation" which is the bottom of the driven pile once you reach the required bearing?
