Check list for Brickwork consist of following points;

1. Check for clean area
2. Check whether the customer
3. choice is in place
4. Check for hacking at the column edge, floor & beam soffit
5. Check for brick test report
6. Check the layout in plumb with the beams
7. Check the cement used :
   • Brand of the Cement
   • Lot no. of the Cement
8. Check for mortar making platform
9. Check for mortar mix (cement : sand) for diff. thickness of wall
10. Check for cube taken of the bed mortar
11. Check door, window, AC cutout openings
12. Check the R.C.C. band plumb of A.C. cutout
13. Check the holes left at the brickwall above A.C. band
14. Check for chicken wire mesh at 90mm thick & 75mm thick wall
15. Check for pointing, jointing and level of the Brickwall
16. Check for soffit of loft, lintel & 900mm outside peripheral beam at same level
17. Check for plumb of brickwall
18. Check for bed mortar thickness
19. Check dates are written in the walls
20. Check for PCC at window sills
21. Check for RCC band shuttering
22. Check for RCC band R.I.
23. Check for RCC Jali, Golu & Precast Lintels
24. Check bricks used in diff. walls
25. Check for vertical joints & bonding of brickwork at rt. Angles
26. Check the different bricks used at the junction of external and partition wall
27. Check for brick used for break joints at every alternate layers
28. Check for top layer of brick work touching beam & slab soffit is a full brick
29. Check brickwork done above and below window of A type and C type living room (240 mm wall)
30. Check the lintel projections till the end to support the above point in A and C type flat
31. Check the toilet lintel rods are hooked properly from the beam in both A & C type Master toilet
32. Check for fabricated elements in balcony's and at AC cutouts
33. Check for efflorescence while doing the curing of Brickwall
34. Check the snag report is ready & attended simultaneously
35. Check the waste management plan is followed
36. Check for floor cleaning from all loose materials

Checklist is a important record it helps us in order to get work done correctly and it ensure we do not miss any point to check which is important from aspect of Quality of work.
Checklist attached herewith is just a sample provided for your reference, work carried out as per this procedure may have different sets of standards, material specifications, standard operating procedures and terms and conditions for doing that work. This all parameter or some parameter may not match with one you are executing at your Project.
