Hello friends,
I don't know to how to prepare construction schedule for government building project, so please tell me how to prepare?

Prepare the detailed construction sequence.deifone your labour productivity and labour strength.accordingly allocate time schedule for each activity .your construction schedule ready.refer the forum the construction sequences already posted

Attached please find a sample schedule which you can consider as a reference material.

First of all study all the drawings, B.O.Q which is a very important document as all the items of work will be mentioned in it.

Plan all the activities from Site cleaning, Surveying, Excavation, Concreting, Finishing works etc all such activities which will be executed by you for the completion of the government building which you have mentioned above.

Plan for the labour requirements for each activity along with the material requirements based on the schedule you can then plan when the material, labour or contractor for that particular activity will be required and hence you will be able to finish the work on the schedule or as per the timeline set by you.

Please note that you have to develop your own schedule as per your requirements. The attachment is only a guideline which you can amplify/simplify/micro detail and improve to your requirements.
