Good evening guys anyone knows how to open .bin file

Good Morning,
Sometimes when you download a file from a mobile browser or android phone, the file extension doe not get recognized and the phone system by default write .bin extension to that file.
It is very easy to rename the file to a known extension, for example - if the file you are downloading is excel, simply rename it to .xls if its pdf file then simply rename .bin to .pdf
or you can directly open file by opening it with known program, it is always better to rename.
If its in reference to civil4m, you can see a file format in attachment area, also the extension name is included in the download link.
