I am working on schedule and want to show the progress of the project by comparing the planned work % vs achieved work %. Please note the EVM is not being used here.
I have found some formulas online (Niks Project website) to show the planned % work in MS Project but i am not sure if it is right or not. Please answer if you have the correct formula and share the schedule.
