Seeing the pic is it failure of staircase mid land beam with way slab to. The only way to repair by retro fitting work by using Hilti RE 500

Please specify the which part of building is failure. Seems the failure is due to foundation settlement. My view of retrofiting work to be performed allong profile of staircase way slab
