How to change pipe of airvalve without stopping supply of water through main pipe which is connected to airvalve pipe?

Hi, I want to change airvalve pipe, main supply line of 1000 mm which is fully running and can't be stopped, connected pipe about 200 mm which is also connected with airvalve at other side. I want to change connected 200 mm pipe due to fully rusted condition. Is it possible to change it by anyway?
