How to have heading of a table to keep in the excel sheet?

In mostly all the excel table we want to keep the heading or top row to be keep moving when I scroll the excel sheet

How to do that?

In excel sheet,Keep the select cell below the heading of a table
go to the menu VIEW and go to freeze panes and select frèeze top
