S Sbanary Apprentice India Jan 26, 2019 #4 1. After the lean concrete plastic sheet need to be spread to avoid moisture travel inside through Bottom portion of foundation. 2. Underground Exterior foundation shall be coated with Bitumen or Epoxy..and above ground Epoxy costing shall be done to protect the Rebars. 3. Rebars shall be used PVC COATED. all cut portions shall be touch up painted. 4. Proper spacers shall be used bottom 75mm and sides 50mm minimum. Minimum 50mm concrete cover shall be provided. 5. Incase of coastal areas concrete shall be mixed with REDOXIDE.. anti corrosion liquid. CORROSSION Basically OXIDIZATION avoid FERROUS contact with OXYGEN. Upvote 0 Downvote
