Once building construction finished after one year some little bit cracks coming what the reason for coming that cracks and resolve and before not coming any precautions

In that case it is clear indication of settlement. concrete and brickwork have different types and levels of settlement. to avoid such cracks you can fill the concrete between the beam bottom and top of brick work instead of sand cement mortar.
