Interview Questions and Answers:
1. Tell me about yourself.
This question is asked to comfort the candidates and boost the confidence in answering questions. You need not tell your entire life story but talk only about your professional career. Just tell what is important like your strengths, weakness, and achievements.

2. Why should we hire you?
This question is asked to express yourself in a confident manner and you need to start with your professional and your academic project achievements. Improvise as per the company’s needs. Use specific keywords to seek the attention of the management.

3) What are your strengths and weakness?
Before answering this introspect yourself and choose any one of the skill and explain why do you feel so and relate it to the job profile you are applying for. You can choose to say those weaknesses which are not directly affecting the company’s growth like waking up late and also mention your steps to change it. This is also asked in graduate engineering interview questions.

4) Explain your long-term and short-term goals?
The answer to this will explain your commitment towards your job and how focused you are towards your work. You need to answer it by thinking about your future in the next six months or a year. It would be attractive to include the company in your plans. Do not mention about salary.

5)Are you willing to change your location?
It is always good to answer positively for the company and express your enthusiasm. If you are interested then you can say No.

Always answer this question with respect to your job profile, company, and career. You need to understand and introspect about the future of your career. This is a common interview question for freshers.

7)What’s your dream job?
It is better to stick to skills rather than the designation. Avoid mentioning specific job titles and job descriptions which are not easily reachable from your current job profile.

8) Working with late night and weekend shifts?
You must answer it diplomatically rather than strictly saying no like you may work so once in a while or whenever possible.

9) Salary Expectations
They ask you because they want to test you about your reason-ability and market knowledge. It is good to be realistic and do research before attending an interview.

10) Do you have any concerns?
Depending on the person who is interviewing you, answer this question promptly say for example if an HR asks you this question then you can ask related to the work environment of the company. If a manager is interviewing you then ask related to your job profile.
