Joggling of reinforcement bars during the construction of a house...!! Kindly tell me about the mistakes in attach pictures with their effects.

1. What is the biggest mistake in these 2 pictures? Kindly mentioned with their negative effects too...!!

2. Secondly matter is, in this case what is the solution for Mason or an engineer to cope with this problem....?

3. 3rd one is that, contractor says there is no problem in it, because we will provide beam beneath this columns... As a result load can easily transfer to beam and then foundation....

1.Biggest mistake in both picture is Slab and Column load can't transfer in to the Foundation. Hence its is aimless to construct Column in such situation.

2. Better to make Extra column with Foundation or if want to do Jacketing, concern with Structure engineer.

3. It can't be transferred such a way with only provided beam underneath. Need to be connected with Anchor bar, and at column location load should transfer to foundation.
