L&T Heavy Civil Infra IC is looking for Grouting Engineer for Vizag location
Criteria:
BE/Diploma Civil Engineer (4 to 9 Yrs. of Experience)
Job Profile:
1. Shall understand the need of grouting based on the bore hole log and core samples for consolidation of rock and soil.
2. Shall be able to fairly estimate the grout intake correlated with the solid water ratio, its fineness implication, the hydraulic Parameters of the grouting process.
3. Shall be able to rightly choose the drilling equipment for grouting, accessories, readout units, calibrations, productivity and configuration of the drill hole and preparation of the grouting sequence.
4. Shall have the shift plan for the grouting operation with respect to the technical parameters like depth termination depth, stop start information, solid water ratio, grouting data review and reporting.
5. Day to day planning and perpetration of look ahead schedule for the resources and supports.
6. Shall have working knowledge with cementitious grout and performance and productivity of man and machineries prevailing across for consolidation grouting.
7. Knowledge of pre grout and post grout tests.
8. Consolidation of the rock mass by cementitious grout to attain a given permeability parameter.
9. Interaction with customer / geologist / Engineers for day to day activities with respect to technical parameters.
