Doing the productivity analysis is important to achieve the cycle time of work for completion of project in time.



I have attached excel sheet for doing productivity analysis of labours for achieving cycle time in Mivan Formwork.
This will give you idea on how much time it will take to complete the cycle with available workforce and how much extra labours required to achieve required cycle time for doing Mivan shuttering and Reinforcement Works.

How many sets of props, side shuttering and slab shuttering required for 3 days cycle?
de-shuttering of slab shuttering depends on span and type of cement used.
3 days cycle is very difficult in practical but 6 to 7 days is okay.
