low cost precast house within your budget

hi friends

after a long tedious hard work and doing lot of trail and error method i have constructed a rcc house of 440 sq.ft of built up area with in the cost of 3.5 lacks rupess.
the detailed project specifications are as follows:-

1. structure " totally r.c.c. with m40 grade concrete of vertical walls and precast slab of m30
2. area: carpet 320 sft. built up 440 sft
3. tiles: 2'x2'vitrified tiles.
4. dado : porcelona tiles
5. internal color wash : OBD
6. external color : apex
7. electrical point : living room 2 light points, 1 fan point. bed room i fan and light point. kitchen 1 light ;point,i 16 amp socket for fridge and 1 amp socket for grinder
8. w.c.: 1 light point

the above cost at factory. in case if some one need to be constructed outer bombay transport shall be extra. GST EXTRA
DURATION : 30 DAYS
