I'm using the dmrb to do manual drainage calculations including gully spacings (cd526) and I'm stuck fairly early on with determining grating type. How do I determine the grating type (appendix A) using equation A1. For a D400 600x600 open lid grating? I've looked through BS EN 124 and I'm still none the wiser. Please shed some light for me!
