Its a leakage.

If its external wall - seal the cracks in plaster, it will resolve it.

If there is wc or bath on other side. Do check for plumbing line leakages first at cp fittings then at pipe joints (better way is to close the supply of water and watch it for fe days, if its get dries off then it is causing through plumbing line leakage)

If its not through inlet water then do check for is water getting accumulated below flooring tile, if after removing tile, water is seen in bedding then, ensure all joints in flooring are sealed correctly.

If still issue wont get solved then you need to broke the waterproofing and redo it.

You can also try passive socketing to arrest leakage, before breaking waterproofing.

As observed, their is no electrical/plumbing conduits, and the leakage from outside.

Suggestion: a) Chipping the corner area from inside and removing all loose particles. b) Applying bonding agent. c) Chicken mesh fixing. d) Re plastering with branded water proofing agent at inside. e) After proper curing, drilling the areas where ever required from outside. f) And grouting to be executed with proper grouting materials.

Dear.
Get it repaired from out side.
At such junction of beam the last layer of brick wall is not properly sealed and from that joint water enters.
Remove plaster, carryout grouting of joint between brick wall and slab beam.
Use good quality of water proofing chemical as well as for bonding of new plaster.
The problem is not that serious, can be attended easily and you will get result also.
