Applications are invited for WALK-IN INTERVIEW AT PDIL NOIDA AND VADODARA OFFICES OF PDIL for engagement of eligible candidates PURELY ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR THREE(3) YEARS duration for various posts (As per Annex-I) for posting to any of PDIL offices / sites located all over India.

Applicants are advised to visit PDIL website time to time for subsequent Modifications / Changes (IF ANY) w.r.t. this advertisement.
Selected candidates shall be posted at any Project sites all over India & any of PDIL offices during the tenure of the contract.

Duration of Contract – Duration of contract shall be Three(3) years for all posts.

Termination/Extension of the Contract: PDIL reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month notice and also extend the
contract at the sole discretion of management.


PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATIONS:
1. Candidate has to apply online only through online registration system of PDIL website i.e.
www.pdilin.com. No other means / mode of
applications i.e. manual/ paper application/ application sent thru’ e-mail shall be accepted. Last date for submission of online
application is 10.07.2018 upto 12 PM midnight.
2. While applying, the applicant must ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms as mentioned in the advertisement,
as on the specified dates. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment/selection that a candidate does not fulfill the
eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her
candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above discrepancy(s) is/are detected even after appointment, his/her
services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
3. Email ID - While applying online, candidate should ensure to have Email ID (which must be valid for at least one year from the date of
application).
4. Application Fees - Candidates are required to make online payment of Rs.400/- for General & OBC and Rs.200/- for SC/ST excluding
taxes & service charge through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Bank Transfer.
5. STEPS FOR APPLYING :-
STEP 1: Visit www.pdilin.com website
STEP 2: Click on “Careers” and then click on “ENGAGEMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS”
STEP 3: View the full Advertisement Details and read the instructions and terms and conditions carefully before applying.
STEP 4: Click on “I Accept” and then click on “Apply Online” to fill the Application Form.
STEP 5 :Candidate should keep the scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 75 KB
size and their signature in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 25 KB size. Also upload certificates in .jpg/.jpeg or PDF format
w.r.t. age proof, qualifying degree certificate along with mark sheet. All Experience Certificates as mentioned in online
application. For SC, ST, OBC(NCL) and Person with Disabilities need to upload their caste certificate and disability
certificates in .jpg/.jpeg or PDF format.
Candidate must ensure that all the above stated uploaded files should be in readable form, or otherwise, application may
be rejected.
STEP 6: After you fill the Application form, click on “SAVE” to save the data entered.
STEP 7: Click on “pay online” to pay the application fee through the online payment gateway. After paying the application fee, the
Registration Slip will be generated.
STEP 8: Click on “Print” button to print the Registration Slip which will be required at the time of Personal Interview, if shortlisted.


PROCEDURE FOR WALK IN INTERVIEW:
1. While attending walk in interview, the applicant must ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms as mentioned in the
advertisement, as on the specified dates. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment/selection that a candidate does not
fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect information or has suppressed any material fact(s),
his/her candidature will automatically stands cancelled. If any of the above discrepancy(s) is/are detected even after
appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice.

2. Short listing of candidates for Interview: On the day of walk in interview, short listing of candidates shall be done by HR & Concerned
indenting department. w.r.t to Advt. details published and Interview shall be conducted of only those candidates who are qualified by HR &
concerned indenting Department for interview. TA shall be transferred online in his/her bank account only to the shortlisted
candidates qualified to appear for interview. Hence candidates should ensure that they are meeting the qualifications &
experience guidelines. The candidates eligible for claiming TA are required to submit a filled in TA FORM (ANNEXURE-II) for
reimbursement of TA expenses incurred to attend Interview alongwith required documents as mentioned in the TA FORM

(ANNEXURE-II) and copy of the ticket(s).

3. Date & Time of walk in Interview:
Reporting Time for interview, at all locations, on all dates, given below is 9:30 am.
*While applying online, please note that candidate has to ensure that he/she has chosen only one of the Interview Location and
date as his/her preference.

5. Walk in interview Guidelines:
The candidate is hereby advised to bring printout of the online submitted application form along with following certificates/documents in
ORIGINAL and also a set of photocopies of the same (self attested) for verification & for our record at the time of Interview, failing which
you may not be interviewed and your candidature stands cancelled and accordingly no TA shall be payable to you.

6. Documents in support of your qualification ::
• Date of Birth Certificate/ SSLC/SSC Certificate as proof of DOB.
• Degree Certificate, Diploma certificates & Marks Sheets. If any of the candidate produces Degree/Marks sheet with CGPA/OGPA or
letter grade, he/she must ensure to bring a certificate from the Institute to the effect that his/her grading is equivalent to _____%age.
Please also ensure that you fulfils the eligibility criteria w.r.t. job knowledge requirement in respective discipline (as specified in web
detail advertisement), failing which your candidate may be cancelled.
• Certificate(s) in support of your Experience clearly mentioning the actual period served.
• Any other certificates/ testimonials you may desire to place before the interview committee.

• One Recent Passport size photograph.
