Please suggest me that if column deshuttering not done for more than a week then is it self curing till column surface exposed- Contractor quality engineer reply me- until n unless concrete surface not exposed it is considered as self curing.

Hi Ashok, good to see you after a long time at forum, your questions really help others to understand the basics.
Curing is a way of retaining moisture / water which is present in concrete during process of hydration.
If moisture is not allowed to escape out from concrete surface, the member is treated as well cured.
Keeping a forms in place do actually help concrete in gaining strength without losses of moisture.
Do ensure you cure the top of the concrete or exposed concrete surface which is not covered with shutter by pouring water (in case of columns, it is the top surface which is not covered by shutter)
