Please suggest the better option for me engineers

Hi everyone good evening,
I got offer in zuari Cements as a mobile lab engineer (here I have to go along with mobile van and provide concrete solutions like slump cone test, silt analysis and aggregates test),as I have 2 years site experience,is it good for me or continue as site engineer pls give your valuable suggestion for my bright future,

You need to plan your career beforehand. If you have begun at the site then continue doing a site job and you will grow in that sector. If however, you do not want to work at the site for some reason, then you can take up the job from Zuari cement. It will give you a good experience and also money by working in quality control and assurance. If you take up the job, you will be changing your profile to that of a quality control engineer because here you will be required to perform all the field and lab tests required to test materials before use. So before taking up the job, think twice about your plan for your career.
