Job Description
PROJECT/SITE ENGINEER
Civil Candidate with BE 6 years /Diploma 8 years works experience in high rise building.
Location: - Mumbai (Powai).
Should have knowledge of structure and finishing works and experience in high rise buildings.
Understanding the project specifications/ requirements, study of drawings.
Able to give suggestions for the betterment of project.
Should be able to prepare work requests for the works, estimates etc.
Planning and scheduling: Able to calculate materials and man power for the assigned works.
Prepare and track of project weekly schedule. Adhere to the targets given for the completion of the project.
Knowledge of quantity survey, rate analysis, bills certification.
Should be proactive.
Location of work would be both site and office.
Should possess a vehicle to commute, will reimburse travel claims as per company policy.
Knowledge of repair works of handed over projects.
Ability of Value Engineering.
Co-ordination with supporting teams.
Checking, monitoring and ensuring the project requirements to the approved standards and specifications.
Reconcile & control of client supplied materials.
Control of project safety.
Prepare periodic material consumption statement.
Prepare and share daily reports, checklists etc.
Knowledge of MS office and emails is a must. MS Project and Auto CAD knowledge is preferable.
Proper interaction and coordination with other departments.
