We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of the projects financial control, In- depth understanding of commercial contracting and Understanding of the billing process. Also with good experience in Process Set up for all Contracts and QS related operations at the site. Assist in checking QS verification bill received from vendor/ contractors. Prepare BOQ to float and get the rates. Conducting regular audit at the site to ensure all necessary procedures. Analyse the audit report based on inspection.Ensure preparation and regular updating of the MIS for functional operation.
Experience- 15-18 years. Age less than 45 years.
Industry Preference- Real Estate.
Minimum Qualification- Engineering Degree (Civil) + PGD in Contract Management (preferred)+ NICMAR
