Job Description
- Verification of Bills from different contractors at site
- Analyse the materials required at site and place the indents to purchase team
- Review of BOQ specifications, documents, etc., for the respective site Work orders
- Attend to various issues related to bill certification
- Focus on timely completion of the project by rigorous adherence to schedule
- Preparation of Variation statement with respect to Work order as per GFC
- Execute and manage quality construction at site by strict supervision of the entire construction process
- Coordination with team members and others at site and HO.
- Knowledge of Site execution from soil survey till finishes, shuttering, quering, foundation, excavation etc
