Qualifications : B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering with First Class
Language Proficiency: English, Marathi and Hindi
Salary : Between INR 1.2 to 3 lakhs per annum depending on candidate.
Role Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for day to day site management activities of a residential + commercial
project in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Key Accountabilities Performance
1 Reporting daily site activities to Project Head
2 Conveying daily construction targets to contractor
3 Ensuring Quality Control in Site Practices
4 Management of daily construction targets
5 Alerting the Project Head of slippages in quality and timelines
6 Ensuring low wastages of materials consumed by contractors
7 Co-ordination with vendors and ensuring timely procurement
8 Daily Reconciliation of Stores
9 Understanding quantities estimated and identifying gaps/errors.
