It looks like the membership is good about sharing forms & templates that others might be interested in trying out - I stumbled onto an old thread providing a Daily Report Sheet and thought I'd pass on a template that I built years ago and have used, in some form or fashion, for decades.
I work in the road, bridge & heavy highway sector so some of the data entries are geared towards easily recording information. You can certainly modify this form to fit to your particular application - Cheers!!
