Have hands-on experience of 16 years into the execution of Industrial projects of large to medium sizes Industrial projects; PEB Building/Warehouse, Interior fit-outs of admin blocks & IT offices, Maintenance of Buildings and Factory, MEP installation & commissioning. Have knowledge of PMBOK also. Prime functions include final evaluation and recommendation on Procurement strategies, Review of Tender documents including general and Special conditions of Contracts and review of estimates submitted by Architects/Consultants, Bid Process Management which includes Vendor Prequalification, inviting bids, conducting Pre-bid meetings, issuing clarifications/amendments to bidders, coordinating and conducting Technical and Commercial Negotiations, Evaluation of Bids. During the construction stage, his role is pertaining to Project Controller to monitor Project Progress & overview Cost Management, Variation and Change order management, Contract administration and scrutiny of contactor/Vendor invoices.
Conversant with the Commercial Closure process & well versed with Contracts and Cost Management and can maintain effective reporting and communication systems with Clients and other stakeholders of a project. Fully conversant with the Construction safety standards & various documentation formats, software used for construction & Project Management.
