Description :
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Prepare Project Master Programme preparation, status updation and ensure preparation of all MIR reports.
- Preparation of all look-ahead schedules and updation of the same.
- Preparation and track Tender Event Schedule and procurement schedule.
- Tracking of critical Path Method.
- Review and tracking of drawing status and consultant deliverable in line with the master program and look-ahead schedules.
- Review and tracking of critical material supplies by client / contractors / suppliers in line with master schedule and look-ahead schedules.
- Tracking of progress and give weekly reports/alerts on all key issues.
- Preparation / coordination / monitoring of project schedules including design / engineering issues, authorities approvals, procurement and construction activities.
- Maintain project documentation including all internal reporting.
- Coordinate with commercial manager and site engineers on planning matters.
- Statistical analysis of project data.
