What are the codes should be referred for preparing quotation for building and other structure

there is no codes for preparing quotation

As said by @Srinivasan Sir, there are no codes for making quotation, however you can right the reference to IS code and its clause in absense of or when you do not have your standard specifications of your own.
For example you are quoting for RCC work.
You can specify like we will accept the reinforcement steel as per IS 1786 tolerance limit.
Deshuttering will be done as per IS 456 etc
