What is difference between construction manager and project manager?

plz can any one tell the ans in brief with roles and responsibilities of both of the managers.

Construction managers - manages the construction activities of the project.

Project Managers - Do handle construction activities at projects but apart from it, they involved in many dimensions like Purchase, Contracts, Account, planning etc.
