Although we are reducing amount of admixture 25%-20% and we are using M40 grade concrete

I am working in accropode-// project in vizhinzam port , kerala.we are using steel frame for concreting . after casting we are face shrinkage crack and air voids . How we overcome from this problem.that can minimise the cracks. Although we are using surface vibrator and hammering.
