Dear brothers, my self ieshawargouda patil completed diploma in Civil Engineering 4years experience in construction sector well know about QA&QC and BOQ,work execution but I have PWD contact licence (class 3) I have no work done I searching sub contract civil works plz any one can suggest me wat I do...... I want open my own consultancy for this what is the procedure I don't know I am nill now I am very much interested in contracts wat I do I am fully confusesd is there any Web sites for civil contracts and sub contracts
