De-shuttering of slab purely dependent on span, Formwork Design.

Normally de-shuttering done after achieving 70% strength of the concrete for residential projects where spans are smaller.

If doing repropping or props remains in place and had closed spacing, the span get splitted into smaller and can be de-shutter after achieving 50% strength.

If the formwork is designed formwork and specify's the strength of the concrete.

to achieve faster de-shuttering say after 36 hours or 48 hours, you need to do mix design to achieve that strength at that age.

Can be done by targeting the strength to higher grade of concrete during mix design stage to ensure strength achieved at 36 hours or 48 hours is equal or more of required as per formwork design.

You can also ask structural consultant for strength requirement at the time of de-shuttering.
