Should have knowledge of Site execution, QA/QC and billing
Proficiency in MS office
Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance
Material Consumption and Reconciliation
BOQ Preparations
Analyse survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints to plan projects
Dealing with complains from local people experience disruption due to building works.
Dealing skilfully with a diverse range of people- clients, architects, other engineering professionals, sub- contractors, members of the public.
Interact with plant head on day to day basis.
Making judgements and solving problems.
