Associate Valuation/ Survey Engineer (mumbai Andheri) Male Only
Job Description
Visit, all subscribed projects at pre-determined frequency, collect data and update the same in the system.
Maintain consistency in data collection process .
Prepare monthly reports ( project monitoring , corporate and retail valuations ), submit it to the reporting manager.
Ensure that assigned targets are met on time with no lapse in coverage of projects in the assigned region
Proactively submit the work status report to the respective Reporting Manager
This profile would require frequent travelling within the city and to other regions.
Must have his OWN CONVEYANCE (Two wheeler, Etc.)
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech /Diploma in Civil only
1-5 years of experience preferably in real estate/Banking/Finance.
Team Player willing to take ownership of work
Experience in executing retail valuation assignments
