Checklist for fixing the door sub frame
Checklist should consist of following points;

1. Hacking of all R.C.C surfaces before fixing frames.
2. Check dimension of frame and opening size as per drawing
3. Check wood section as per drawing
4. Check wood type as per specification
5. Check wood frame is anti-termite treated.
6. Check for cracks,knots in frames
7. Check for planing of wood
8. Check for moisture content of wood as per permissiable limit
9. Check for black Japan/ coal tar applied on frame facing wall surface
10. Check for plumb of frame
11. Check for holdfast fixed as per specification
12. Check for holdfast is grouted as per specification.
13. Check for plumb of frame after fixing.
14. Check wood primer applied after fixing
