Civil design after quality experience

Hi everyone

I am a QA/QC assistant manager having 10 years of experience in QA/QAc of national highways. I want to learn softwares for civil structures now, or quantity surveying. What will be the good option. I want to broaden my horizon for QA/QC to design and planning to be a project manager After 15 years of experience. Please guide me.

Learning has no age limit and it only requires interest or desire for learning something new.

The any option is good enough only when we as a self choose to go in deep. without interest doing something just because someone says its good will no longer be kept as chosen option is good.

Project manager does not do quantity surveying or structural designing, having a knowledge of same will help in verification of design/surveying outputs for its correctness.

To become a project manager one should learn the Business Management.
