Honey comb in Double mesh Retaining wall (9"). Due to that water seepage occurred.

You can do the pressure grouting of same as the honeycomb cavities are through.

If the tank is in use, you may patch the honeycomb with rapid hardening cement mortar and fix the spout for pressure grouting. you can do pressure grouting on next day via that sockets.

Sir it's not a water tank... Its a retaining wall... 🙏 While There is road on the outside of this wall and back filled with sand.

Then you might need to make weep holes in wall to release the pore pressure from fill. Do ask your designer for the same, i.e. - weep hole placement in retaining wall portion.

If as per design, it is required to provide weep holes on wall, then you need to create a drain next to wall to drain all those water out.
