When comes to plumbing ,plumbing joints must be water tight testing has to be done once after jointing the lines.
1.pressure test
2.dye test has to be done if the pipes are same color.
And proper slope has to be provided in toilets and utility .
Pipes not be damaged by external forces like drilling or making holes on the wall special care has to be taken care.related drawings has to be referred and marked the water lines before drilling.
2nd thing walls must be plastered from externally and internally.proper grout has to be ensured on tiles joints...
