How the lead and royalty charges are calculated in estimation of various items

I am currently working in govt organization and I am a fresher , There no civil engineer to guide me in my organization for how to check quotation, estimation how to refer dsr , so I am facing many difficulties. Also in quotations of different items by contractor I am not able to get how they calculated the lead and royalty charges ( for example for 1:6 mortar fly ash bricks work) . please help

Regarding royalty check with local authority.it is applicable only if you are doing excavation and querying activity.regarding lead and lift refer your BOQ wherein it will be mentioned for any any time such as beyond 20 m 50 m etc.the same is applicable in lift also.study the tender and BOQ in depth .u will understand

Refer rate analysis for various items posted in the forum.based on the same line prepare you quote considering the variation in rate for labour and material where you intent to work
