How to Design doubly reinforced fixed end beam ??

hey guys help needed !! while designing a doubly reinforced beam suppose i am designing a fixed end beam as we know for a fixed end beam there is WL^2/12 (100 kn-m in my case) moment develop on fixed end and WL^2/24 (50 kn-m in my case ) moment develop on middle which is half of the end moment and now when i am calculating Mulim (by the formula Mulim = 0.138 fck b d^2, 70 kn-m) which is less than fix end moment so this beam has to be design as doubly reinforcement beam so for that we have to provide reinforcement on compression side but since it is a fixed end beam and for the moment of fixed end moment we will already be providing compression reinforcement in corner and throughout so do we have to provide any tension reinforcement in response to compression reinforcement i am so confused please guide or if you could provide a youtube video for design of this type beam
