Put shuttering, put reinforcement and pour concrete.
Your RCC slab construction will be completed.

Both are best.
Using a system depends on many factors
In this case if the depth of the well is more, it will cost you more if make RCC.
For design related queries, it is always better to consult a structural designer and get the detailed drawings from them, which adds a responsibility to them for life of structure.
If you go to a general doctor and ask him how to do operation, he might tell you the correct process but base on that you cant do operation of anyone unless you work under a surgeon and learns with him in each operation step by step and he assures you that now you can do operations on your own.
If its important structure, don't play with it. get it designed from structural designer they owns the responsibility of each structure which they design.
