What should be in the consideration while preparing the inspection report for civil material or witness and any third party inspection.
what should be highlighted in the report in order to make the report understand to the layman.

It should include physical properties of material. Results of test reports as per relevant Indian standards. It should be clearly mentioned wether the materials confirms to standards or not. If it does not conform to standard it should not be allowed to be used on work.
