Is there any effective method to stop seepage on wall if we do not get actual source of lekage from bathroom or ground water by capillary action.

Seepage and Leakages is most dangerous issues and we hate them a lot because it disturbs everyone.

For Seepage there are multiple reasons and we need to look at each one by one, so we can eliminate it completely.

Seepage do occurs when water is able to travel below the floor tile, which may happen due to any of the following reason;
1. Floor tile joints and corner joints at wall bottom are not sealed causing water to travel down (water may travel down when broken tile is not replaced in the flooring) - Grout all the joints of tiles.
2. Water is getting accumulated over floor - indicates improper slope, or improper tiling at NT Jali Area. if the slop to floor tile is reversed or improper, laying flooring again with proper slope toward NT will help to solve the problem.
3. Water is getting into tiling mortar bed and from there it is travelling towards wall through floor - NT jali not installed in flooring exactly above the NT and the bedding is finish with cement paste to make water flow from NT jali cutout in tile to NT below. - remove this NT jali tile and fix new tile by making cutout for NT jali exactly above where Nahani trap is installed below in floor.
4. Leaking drain line in duct - this also lead to dampness or seepage, this leaking water enters into the toilet area due to improper sealing of drain cutout in floor and leads to seepage and dampness - sealing the drain cutout in beam / wall will prevent the entry of leaking water into flat.
5. If you see a rising dampness on wall surfaces which are away from the toilets or wet areas, do remove the threshold or tile installed in door opening area and reinstall same by putting very rich cement mortar below it. this will ensure when water reaches above the waterproofing through anyway, when it will try to travel towards outside of the toilet due to wrong sloping, the rich bedding below threshold / tile at door opening area will restrict the entry of the water in other rooms.

There could be some more possibilities for the same but I listed more commonly observed issue which cause leakages and dampness.
