Slightly odd request!! Very new to a company and been tasked with QAQC. Request information for ITP for build project. It's a redevelopment of an existing building (interior only) with electrical, and mechanical works. Containerized farms to be built off-site 20ft Containers with lots of internal modifications, then moved into position and installed (mechanical/elec). Requiring extensive demolition of existing entrance to building and rebuild (not removal of structural beams) Removal and replacement of glass façade and structure to allow for containers to be moved on site. Remodeling of internal design and climate controlled rooms.
